2 medium eggs
2 cups water
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup canned unsweetened applesauce
2 cups raisins
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine raisins with water in saucepan. Cook until water is absorbed; cool. Add eggs, oil and applesauce; mix well. Mix in dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serves 10.
