16 oz dried macaroni 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese Milk Salt and pepper
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Boil macaroni 8 minutes and drain. Layer bottom of greased casserole dish with 1/3 of the grated cheese. Add 1/2 of the macaroni. Add salt and pepper. Add 1/2 of the remaining cheese. Add the remaining macaroni, salt and pepper and top with the remaining cheese. Add milk to 1/2 of the casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
