Ingredients:
1 small onion, thinly sliced
4 medium red potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 pats of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Spray 18x24 inch sheet of foil with nonstick cooking spray.

Center onion on sheet of foil. Layer potatoes evenly on top of onion. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Break apart pats of butter and drop on top.

Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.

Bake 35 - 40 minutes on a cookie sheet. Be careful opening packet, steam will escape.

Personal Notes:
This recipe is easily adjusted by adding more or less of whatever ingredient you want. If adding more potatoes & onions, use bigger sheet of foil and allow longer baking time, or make more than one packet.
