Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 package of Near East Original Rice,
1/2 each red and green pepper diced,
1/2 onion diced,
1-2 cloves garlic chopped,
salt & pepper to taste
sprinkle of oregano and parsley
oil or butter to saute

Directions:
Directions:
-Saute peppers, onions, garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt & pepper until peppers are tender

-Prepare rice as directed on package

-Shortly before rice is done add sauted vegatables and continue cooking until rice is done
