6 apples
1/4 pound butter
1 cup sugar 1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (mix with sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples into a 9 inch pie tin. Sprinkle apples with 1/2 of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. In a separate bowl, cream the butter, sugar, add eggs and flour, mix well and pour over the apples. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon-sugar over the top. Bake at 325 for 60-70 min. Good or cold.
