1/2 c. brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cubed chicken or pork. Possibly add green peppers, onions or pineapple. Add sauce and cook until slightly thickened. Double the sauce recipe so that there is adequate to serve with rice.
