1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. black pepper
3 - 4 cloves crushed garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat (chicken or beef) for 40 minutes or less. Excellent for grilling! Makes very good meat and vegetable kabobs. Spread on vegetables and meat while grilling kabobs.
