Baccala
Garlic
Onion
Can of Plum Tomatoes, crushed by hand
Celery - chopped
Capers (optional)
Green Olives
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Baccala for about 4 days.
Saute garlic & onions in Oil until tender in pan.
Add a can of the tomatoes, chopped celery, capers, green olives, salt & pepper, add the Baccala. Cook on low flame till done.

To make Baccala Salad. Cook Baccala until done. Season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Lemon, Oil and plenty of Parsley.
