Pie Crust (Frozen prepared)
Flour
Swiss Cheese (Block)
3 Eggs
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Onion
Grated cheese
Small Container of Heavy Cream
Broccoli or Spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. mustard, 1/2 onion diced, grated cheese (handful), heavy cream. Then add broccoli or spinach. Mix well by hand. (Wash hands first)
Sprinkle flour in prepared pie crust, Put the pie shell in over for 5 minutes. When cooled, put slices of Swiss cheese on the bottom layer of the pie crust. Pour the mixture of broccoli or spinach on top of cheese. Dot top with pieces of butter. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Lower oven to 350 degrees and continue to back for 30 minutes more.
