1 lb. ground beef
3 cups mostaccioli pasta, uncooked (or any pasta of your choice)
1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a large skillet and drain. Add 2 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil: reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in pasta, cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in spaghetti sacue and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses, cover. Cook 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
