1 lb. ground breakfast sausage (not Italian)
flour
milk
salt and pepper to taste
biscuits (I like Bisquik biscuits made from the mix.)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground sausage in a large skillet. Don't drain. Coat the meat with flour until dry. Cook over medium heat for a minute or two. Slowly add milk and cook until thick. I have never measured the milk, but it usually takes about 10 minutes of cooking the gravy to get it thick. Season with salt and pepper.
