Squash - 3
Olive Oil
Onions
Garlic
Large Tomato or 1 Cup of Crushed Tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
1lb Linguine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Squash and Cut off both ends and slice long ways once or twice, then dice.
In a pot put Olive Oil, onions, and a piece of garlic.
Saute until tender
Add squash and mix well, add some cold water.
Take tomato and place it over your Gas Jet on stove and burn on all sides, peel tomato and squash it into the pot. If you do not have a gas stove you can use the crushed tomato.
Add salt & pepper.
Cook on low covering partly for about 1/2 hour.
Cut up Linguine #17 3/4 of a pound and throw in with the squash until done.
