8 Slices of Bacon
1 lb Italian Sausage
1 lb ground Chuck
2 medium white onions
4 green onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 cans (8 oz) tomato paste
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 cans(15 oz) chili beans
1 small can chopped green chili peppers
4 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
salt to taste

Fry bacon until crispy and set strips aside. Drain and reserve 1 Tbsp of the bacon drippings. Chop onions fine and crush the garlic cloves. Break up the Italian sausage and the ground chuck. Place 1 tbsp of bacon drippings in a pan, add the ground chuck, Italian sausage, onions and garlic and brown well. Crumble the bacon and add the meat and vegetable mixture. Add all other ingredients and seasonings. Simmer for 1 hour stirring periodically.
