1 (28 oz.) bag frozen potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers
1 (16 oz.) pkg. miniature smoked sausages
3/4 c. ranch dressing
1 c. Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill. Cut 4 sheets of heavy duty foil. Spray with cooking spray. In a large bowl, gently mix potatoes, sausage and dressing. Spoon mixture evenly onto foil sheets. Wrap each packet securely. When grill is heated, place packets on grill over medium heat. Cover grill. Cook 30 to 35 minutes rotating packets over serveral times, until potatoes are tender. Remove packets from grill; open carefully to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with cheese, let stand until cheese melts.
