5-6 medium apples, peeled and cubed
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained, save juice)
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 T. cider vinegar
1 T. flour
1 small container Cool Whip
1 c. crushed dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg and vinegar in a small sauce pan. Heat until thickened. Cool completely. Fold in Cool Whip and 1/2 of the peanuts. Combine with pineapple and apples. Top with remaining nuts. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
