1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes.
