1 1/2lb. ground sirloin

3/4 tube sausage, seasoned if desired

1 medium onion, chopped

2 slices bread, broken into pieces


1 egg, beaten

1/2c. ketchup

1/2c. cocktail sauce

Heat oven to 350.

Mix beef and sausage together in a mixing bowl.

Place bread in a small bowl and cover with milk to absorb the liquid.

Add to meat along with the chopped onion.

Add egg, ketchup, and cocktail sauce to mixture.

Shape into a loaf and place in a pan.

Cover top with more ketchup and cocktail sauce.

Bake 1 hour in oven. Do not over cook.
