1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
(Mix and press in 9x13 inch greased pan)


1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Mix well and pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
