4 c. beef stock
4-5 oz. spinach and cheese tortellini
2 c. diced rotisserie chicken meat
1-1/2 c. marinara sauce
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced carrots
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring stock to a boil in a large saucepan. Add tortellini and cook over medium-low heat for ten minutes. Add chicken, marinara sauce, celery and carrots and simmer for ten minutes more. Season to taste with salt.
