3-4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 small garlic clove
2 T. butter or margarine
1 can cheddar cheese
1 can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Dust chicken with flour. Brown chicken, onion, poultry seasoning and garlic in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender stirring often. Serve over rice
