1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
3 cups milk
3 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs
Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended
Pour by large tablespoon onto griddle
Turn over when light brown
After both sides have been browned put on plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional)
They cook up very quickly...

I keep plate in oven at lowest heat with foil over pancakes while making more
