3 c. rotini pasta, uncooked
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 c. cubed cooked chicken (approximately 3 boneless, skinless breasts)
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook rotini according to package, drain. Meanwhile, in large saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour. Gradually stir in broth and cream. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until sauce thickens. Blend in cheeses; continue heating, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Stir in remaining ingredients until heated through.
