1/4 cup chopped gr onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp butter
3-4 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
1 sm head cauliflower
2 cans green beans
1 lg can low fat cream of mushroom/chicken soup
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green onions and celery in butter (or you can substitute chicken broth). Steam cauliflower and chop into small pieces. Mix onions, celery, cauliflower, green beans with soup, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Warm on stove and add diced chicken. Serve over rice and sprinkle sliced almonds on top or chopped almonds mixed in.
