1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.. Bake at 25-30 min. at 350. Cool then frost.
Frosting
1 c. brown sugar
6 tbls. butter
4 tbls. milk
Boil for 1 min. and then add 1c. nuts,1 c. coconut and 1 tsp. vanilla.
