3 eggs
3 tbls. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp.nutmeg
4 c. rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and then add the milk. Mix in sugar, flour, nutmeg. Stir in the rhubarb and pour into pie crust and put on top crust. Bake at 375 for 50 to 60 min.

I like to add an extra egg; this makes it more like a custard.
