1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
(May substitute butter/margarine with 3 pkgs.of prepared liquid Butter Buds.)
1 c. diced onions
1 c. diced celery
8 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 cans of fat free chicken broth
3 tsp. Lawry`s Seasoning
12 c. skim milk
2 c. flour
2 pkgs. frozen vegetables of your choice.

Directions:
In a large pot, melt butter and margarine or place prepared Butter Buds. Add celery and onions and simmer until onions are clear. Add bouillon cubes or chicken broth. I use a blender to mix flour and milk and Lawry`s well, before putting it with the rest of the mixture. After vegetables are cooked , they may need to be chopped smaller. Pre-cooked potatoes and chopped ham added are very tasty.
