4-6 c fruit
1/4 to 1/3 c white or brown sugar
3 T cornstarch
1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c milk
1/2 cube of melted butter/margarine
2 c Bisquick
3 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice fruit into a microwavable baking pan. Pan should be 2/3 to ĺ full. Mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon and combine with fruit. (Often I donít add any sugar! If not, I make sure the cinnamon/cornstarch is evenly distributed throughout the fruit.) Warm in microwave. For topping: Combine milk and butter to equal ĺ c. Mix sugar and bisquick together then add the liquid. Roll out on board lightly covered with dry Bisquick. Place topping over warmed fruit. Bake in conventional oven at 425 for 20 minutes.
