2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp.cinnamon
1/2 tsp.salt
4 eggs
3 c. shredded carrots. or 2 c. mashed raisens
raisens and nuts if desired.

Mix sugar and oil. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add eggs and the carrots. Add raisens and nuts if desired.. Bake at 350 in 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
Frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting
1 pkg. 3 0z. cream cheese
1 tbls. milk
1 tsp.vanilla
dash of salt
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
