1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. buttered Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Mix sugar & flour,then stir in pineapple chunks, add cheese. Place in 1 qt. casserole. Combine melted butter with cracker crumbs,sprinkle over top of pineapple mixture. Bake @ 350 for approximately 20 minutes.
