3 medium yellow squash cut into tiny pieces
1 can of mushroom soup
1 tbsp of sour cream
1 stick of butter
1 pack of Ritz crackers
4 oz cheddar cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave squash, the drain and stir in mushroom soup and sour cream; Layer cheese on top. Melt butter and mix crumbled crackers with butter. Layer cracker mixture on top of casserole and bake at 350 for about thirty minutes.
