2 lb. carrots cooked soft
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 T. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Puree carrots and margarine in food processor. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, and baking powder separately. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes
