2/3 Qt Stewed Tomatoes drained 2 to 3 medium Onions 4 large or 6 small Jalapeno Pepper 1 tsp or salt to taste 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Chili Powder 2 T Vinegar 2 T Lemon Juice 2 Cloves Garlic pressed 1 small wedge of Lime Fresh Cilantro chopped to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and coarse chop. Chill and serve.
