4 chicken breasts boiled, cooled & cubed
1 c celery finely chopped
1 small apple peeled, cored & chopped
1/2 c seedless grapes halved
1/4 c pecans chopped
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c curry powder
1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, curry powder & sour cream. Mix well. Combine other ingredients & mix with dressing mixture.

Cook chicken ahead of time, cube and squeeze a little lemon juice over it & cool in refrigerator in a covered bowl for several hours or overnight. You may use lite mayonnaise & sour cream if desired.
