2 pkgs chicken flavored rice with pasta (Lipton) 4 green onions chopped 1/2 green bell pepper chopped 24 green pimento olives sliced 2 - 6 oz jars marinated artichoke hearts drained & chopped (reserve juice) 1- 8 oz can water chestnuts chopped 1/3 c mayonnaise Lemon juice to taste Cashews to taste
Cook rice without butter & let cool. Add green onions, bell pepper, olives, artichoke, & water chestnuts, Mix well. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1/2 reserved marinade. Mix well. Chill several hours. Garnish with chopped cashews.
