1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
2 3/4 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 cup blueberries

Mix 1/4 of the flour with blueberries, let stand 1 hr
Cream butter, sugar, add egg
Sift baking powder, salt and the rest of the flour
Combine the two mixtures alternately with milk
Add floured berries last

Put in greased and floured muffin tin

Bake @400 for 25 minutes
