4 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/3 c butter
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt

Alternate recipe from Suzy:
1.5 C flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
3 eggs
2.5 C milk
3 Tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites till foamy, then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Melt butter in hot crepe or fry pan and pour thin layer of batter to fill pan. Flip and serve warm with all sorts of toppings or fillings.

(Suzy's: Mix dry ingredients then add mixed wet ingredients and beat together. Cook at 350 on griddle with spray or butter. Fill with powdered sugar and/or fruit or ham and cheese.)
