1/2 heaping cup of pwd eggs
1/4 heaping cup of pwd milk
3 cups of water
(equivalent to 6 eggs and 1 1/2 c milk)
1/4 cup oil
2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (or white flour)
2 Tbsp baking pwd
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend pwd eggs, pwd milk and water together, then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour on hot greased griddle, flip, and enjoy. Spread homemade jam on top to taste even better.
