Part 1 mixture
1 cup honey
1 cup pure maple syrup
2/3 cup oil
Measure in a glass measuring bowl Part 2 mixture
8 cups rolled 6 grain (or rolled oats)
2 cups wheat germ
2 cups coconut
2 cups raw chopped almonds (or other nuts)
2 tsp cinnamon

If you like dried fruit, I sometimes add:
1 cup of each of the following: apricots, craisins, raisins, apples, dates, etc.

Preheat oven 300. Combine mixtures 1 and 2 in large microwave container (casserole type, not a deep bowl.) Cook in Microwave 8-10 mins (stir every 2 mins for the first 4 mins, then every minute after that.) Turn onto 2 large sprayed cookie sheets, spread evenly. Bake for 20 mins. Stir and then bake for 20 mins more. Cool, break apart and store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks, or refrigerate for longer time. You may also freeze to store even longer.
