3 lb. Russet potatoes
3 oz. Gruyeres cheese, grated
3 T. Parmesan cheese, shredded
3/4 c. heavy whipping cream
half & half and butter to taste
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes @ 400. Scoop and mash
with half & half and butter to desired consistency.
Beat heavy cream with Gruyeres and spread atop potatoes in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake @ 500 for 10 minutes. Decorate with parsley and serve hot.
