1 pkg yellow cake mix
5 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed on pkg.
Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Spread rhubarb over batter.
Sprinkle with sugar & pour cream over top.
Do Not Mix. Bake@ 350 35-40 min. or until cake tests done.
