4 c.water 1 c. nonfat dry milk. 1/2 c. buttermilk pinch salt
Combine water & milk. Stir to dissolve. Stir in buttermilk & salt. Let stand at room temp. over night. ( 10-12 hours ) Stir until smooth . Chill before serving. Keep in a covered container in the refrigerator.
