1/2 c. ice water
1/2 c. dry milk
3T. sugar
3T. canola oil

1t. gelatin
2 t. cold water
3 T. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Chill small mixing bowl.

In another small bowl, soften gelatin with cold water.
Add boiling water stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved. Cool until tepid. Place ice water & dry milk in a chilled bowl. Blend at high speed until stiff peaks form. Continue beating & add, sugar,oil, & gelatin.
Place in freezer approx. 15 min., then transfer to refrigerator.
