2 c Masa Harina Flour
1 1/3 c warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Masa flour with warm water until dough holds together well. Using your hands, shape dough into a smooth ball.Divide into smaller balls (about 12). Roll out to flat circle. Bake on ungreased griddle 400 degrees hot, or use tortilla cooker grill. Do not use a Teflon coated pan, it won't get hot enough.Takes about 1- 2 min. turning when side is lightly browned.
