Halve 6 hard cooked eggs lengthwise; remove yolks mash/whip the yolks with the following:
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 teas prepared mustard
1/8 teas salt
dash of pepper
2 or more dashes of Tabasco Sauce

Directions:

Fill each egg with the mixture and sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs. Refrigerate till eaten.

For some zip to the eggs add Ross's Green Sauce. YUM
