Ingredients:  
9 -10 sliced carrots
3 - 4 peeled & diced potatoes
1 diced onion
1 c. Half & Half
1 c milk
6 c chicken stock
3 t butter
1/2 t. thyme
1/2 t. sweet basil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in butter.
Add carrots & potatoes, broth & spices.
Bring to a boil & simmer 40 min.
Add cream & milk.
