2 c flour
2 c sugar
3 c grated carrots
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 t baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 c corn oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowel. Stir by hand. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla. Blend well. Bak in 3 - 9 inch cake pans at 350 for 30 minutes, or until done.
