10 Roma tomatoes 1 white onion 2-3 large jalapenos 1 bunch cilantro garlic salt
Slice the Romo tomatoes lengthwise and lay skin side up on a cookie sheet. Slice onion and jalapenos and lay on the sheet as well. Broil on high until the skins are black. Throw it all in the blender with the cilantro and puree. Add garlic salt to taste!
