5-6 mangos
1-2 bunches cilantro
1-2 jalapeno's
red onion

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice mangos, put into a bowl. Chop cilantro, jalapenos and onion using a chopper. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add a large squirt of lime or lemon juice. To make a "ceviche", add diced shrimp cocktail to mixture and eat with tortilla chips.
