Browine Batter:
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1-16 oz can Hershey's syrup

Mint Layer:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
10-12 drops of green food coloring

Chocolate Frosting Layer:
5 tablespoons butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the brownie batter in order, putting eggs in one at a time and beat. Pour batter in greased and floured 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Beat together the ingredients for the mint layer until fluffy. Spread on cooled brownie cake. Refrigerate until firm. Mix the chocolate layer and spread on the green layer. Return to refrigerator until chocolate is firm. Cut. Store in the refrigerator.
