2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. chopped, mixed, fresh herbs (such as oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, parsley, mint, whatever you like)
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. butter
2 T. water
1 T. red pepper sauce
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked or uncooked, thawed, preferrably with tails and shells on, 21-25 count per pound
(1 baguette loaf to dip in juices when served)

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine herbs, oil, butter, water, hot sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper in baking dish large enough to hold shrimp in a single layer. Place dish in oven until butter is melted, about 5 minutes. Remove and stir. Add shrimp to dish and stir to coat with juices. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and stir flipping shrimp as needed. Return to oven and bake until shrimp are cooked through, about 5 - 10 more minutes.

This is an amazing amount of good for very little time and effort. (That's my kind of recipe!) You can alter the the spiciness of this by how hot of hot you use. Even my kids love this - and they get to eat it with their fingers, too! Just add a sliced baguette loaf to dip in the juices and a nice salad and you have yourself a delicious, classy and simple meal! You could also use this as an appetizer.
